MOSCOW, Aug 16 (PRIME) -- Low-cost airline Pobeda has turned down firm contracts for 20 Boeing 737 MAX jets, CEO Andrei Kalmykov told reporters on Monday.
"Yes, we have turned down contracts for 20 Boeing 737 MAX without penalty," Kalmykov said.
